Why Build your Biz

Quicker, cheaper, simpler

Three words, and each one is doing real work. Here's exactly what each means, with numbers attached.

Quicker

Days, not months

A traditional setup runs in sequence: find and brief a web designer, wait weeks for a draft, register your ABN and business name yourself in whatever spare hour you can find, open a merchant account, set up a job-management app from scratch, and hope it all lands around the same time. Each step waits on the last. Realistically, six to ten weeks.

Build your Biz runs in parallel. Answer 15 questions once. Register — the one step that genuinely has to be you — in 15 to 20 minutes. Everything else builds at the same time: website, email, invoicing, payments, calendar, listing. Typically 2 to 3 business days from the moment you're registered.

Cheaper

One flat fee, not a stack of invoices

A freelance web designer alone commonly runs $1,500–$3,000. An agency, several thousand more. Add a business consultant to walk you through registration, and separate setup fees from your invoicing software, and the traditional path to "open for business" easily clears $2,000–$5,000 before your first customer.

Build your Biz is one flat price, with government fees itemised separately at cost — we don't mark them up. No agency margin stacked on top of a designer's margin stacked on top of a consultant's hourly rate.

Simpler

One place, not twelve tabs

The traditional route means juggling separate relationships: a designer for the site, a different provider for invoicing, your bank for payments, the government's own portal for registration, Google's own dashboard for your listing — each with its own login, its own learning curve, its own back-and-forth emails.

Build your Biz treats it as one job because it is one job. Everything is connected before you ever log into any of it.
