The primary purpose of BYB is to do the following:

• Help you take a concept or idea and develop that into a product/ service.

• Provide structure and a plan including why the 4 p’s are the key to building, fixing and growing your business.

• Point you in the right direction with key concepts so you can make informed decisions around your current or potential business.

• How to research, where to look, how to build a plan, what key stakeholders are really saying/ or want from you, what to expect and how to work through those steps.

What we don’t look at?

• You will always need to have a good accountant, a good lawyer, finance partner as well as other related parties when required to set up a solid business.

• This site looks specifically at the keys to developing a product/ service and isn’t an exhaustive list to everything you need to build a successful business. This site as mentioned simply assists you getting on the right path to start and what to analyse going forward. It also assists you with simple explanations around things you should either know or will be asked by others at some point.
